You will learn simple hand and foot techniques to affect positive changes to the body.

You will learn how the feet and hands relate to the entire body.

Discover how learning Reflexology will enhance your intuitiveness when working on clients, family and friends, and how a sore spot on the foot or hands relates to a congested area in the body.

You will learn protocols to assist the body to regain its homeostasis when faced with symptoms.

You'll have access to videos and written instructions on body systems and their common ailments. Learn how and what reflexes to work for specific symptoms.

Reflexology is a very safe healing modality which can be used alone or in conjunction with other healing modalities.

Because Reflexology is non-invasive and works the reflexes of the feet and/or hands, it is considered very safe to administer. It works well when combined with other healing modalities such as a very high-quality essential oil.

After successful course completion, you will be able to immediately apply your understanding of this ancient healing modality to support others through non-invasive reflexology techniques.

This introductory program, combined with knowledge of body systems, reflex points, and healing protocols, will allow you to:

1) Effectively assess and work with clients anywhere using just your hands, providing targeted relief through precise reflex point stimulation in minutes.

2) Confidently apply specific techniques to address common conditions across all body systems - from digestive issues and stress response to endocrine imbalances and structural concerns.

3) Create personalized treatment protocols by combining hand and foot reflexology techniques, helping clients achieve and maintain their body's natural balance (homeostasis).

4) Integrate reflexology safely with other healing modalities while understanding the body's healing responses through the vagus nerve, parasympathetic and sympathetic systems.
